飽和蒸汽在一定壓力和時間內(nèi)通過某一橫斷面的容積稱為流量,用容積表示流量單位是L/s 或m3/h。由此可見,在蒸汽壓力不變時,不同管徑允許通過的蒸汽流量不同。

1、減壓后設(shè)定壓力越大,實際通過的蒸汽流量越小。例如,DN25型減壓閥,在入口壓力0.6MPa 條件下,出口壓力在0.3MPa、0.35MPa、0.4MPa 時的實際通過蒸汽流量分別為710KG/H、680KG/H、650KG/H;
